!930's charm, 21st century convenience, Brindledorf-like community.

With only three apartments, this does not look or feel like an apartment building. However, each apartment has a separate entrance and its own private floor, so there is nothing "group house" about it either.

Like Brindledorf, some resources are shared. The lower level has a communal laundry room, no quarters needed, and there is a wireless network that connects the building and the yard to the internet. Our Master Gardener, Mary Sue, has transformed the private back yard  into a wonderful place for reading or meditation, while the deck can accomodate social gatherings, dinners cooked on the grill, or work at home with a lap top and a cold drink. All of the aprtments have hardwood floors. Due to rising energy costs, there is a small flat fee for heat, laundry, internet and water.

The view from the front door is a beautiful park with a creek running through it.

The kitchen on the second floor is small, but designed to capture every available inch of space.

The 2nd floor dining room more than makes up for the small kitchen.

The lower level apartment gets plenty of light and has a nice big kitchen with new appliances and new floor. Available soon.

The living room on the main floor has a gas log fire place and a large picture window looking out  over the park. The kitchen was updated in 2002.
